- REPLACE PATIO AND GUARDRAIL FENCING
- UPGRADE COMMON LIGHTING TO LED
- AT UNITS, REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED CABINETS, FLOORING, REFRIGERATORS, RANGES, FIXTURES, BATHROOM EXHAUST FANS, SMOKE DETECTORS, LIGHTING AND HOT WATER HEATERS PER UNIT MATRIX
COMMUNITY BUILDING:
- REMODEL EXISTING BUILDING TO ENLARGEN COMMUNITY AREA AND ADD ADDITIONAL OFFICE SPACE AND MAINTENANCE STORAGE.
- REPLACE EXISTING ASPHALT SHINGLE AND BUILT UP ROOFING
- REPLACE SELECT WOOD SIDING WITH STUCCO SIDING TO MATCH EXISTING AND PAINT BUILDING.
- REMOVE AND REPLACE WINDOWS WITH NAIL FIN WINDOWS.
- UPGRADE COMMON LIGHTING TO LED
- REPLACE FLOORING AND INTERIOR FINISHES

- NO EXTERIOR SIGNAGE IS APPROVED OR PERMITTED AS PART OF THIS BUILDING PERMIT. ALL NEW SIGNAGE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT
